Consul General Pan and His Wife Visit Liverpool University

On 23 November 2011, Consul General Pan and his wife paid a visit to Liverpool University, where they toured the compus, visited the Engineering Department, the Mangement School, and the Confucius Institute, and were recieved by the Vice Chancellor of Liverpool University, Sir Howard Newbe CBE, who entertained them a dinner.
