Vice Consul-General Fan Yingjie Attended the North England China Going-out Enterprises Networking Event

On the evening of December 7, Mr. Fan Yingjie, Vice Consul-General of the Chinese Consulate-General in Manchester attended the North England China Going-out Enterprises Networking Event sponsored by Bank of China Manchester Branch at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center with the attendance of over 20 Chinese enterprises based in London, Manchester, Liverpool and several other cities in north England.

 

In his key-note speech, Vice Consul-General Fan Yingjing first  congratulated enterprises present at the event on their remarkable achievements in north England market and the pioneering role they have been playing in going global, calling them contributors to both China's ever-opening economy and the sound China-UK relationship. He also spoke highly of Bank of China Manchester Branch. For years, the bank has been highly appraised and recognized by all for striving side by side with going-out enterprises and providing them with top quality financial service.

 

As highlighted by the 19th National Congress of the CPC, new ground with by made in pursuing opening up on all fronts with the Belt and Road initiative as a priority, Mr. Fan Yingjig went on to encourage enterprises present at the event to follow the tides of history by seizing the unprecedented development opportunities offered by the alignment of the Belt and Road initiative and the Northern Power House plan against the backdrop of the Golden Era of China-UK relations. He asked everyone present to never forget why we started and press ahead to grow from strength to strength, and at the same time, to better compliment China's domestic development as well as the better future of China-UK relations. He also promised that the Chinese Consulate-General in Manchester will, as always, do its utmost to provide service and safeguard the legitimate rights of going-out Chinese enterprises.  

 

Ms. Linda Lin, Manchester Branch Manager, Mr. Li Mo, Head of Personal Banking of Bank of China (UK) Limited and Mr. Zhao Shaoyang, Deputy Head of Corporate Banking of made introductions on the growth of Bank of China in UK and its latest financial service packages followed by exchanges and discussions of attending enterprises.
